Для платників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 25 (двадцять п’ятий) банківський день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої відповідно до вимог законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Для резидентів України – неплатників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 25 (двадцять п’ятий) банківський день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Для нерезидентів України – неплатників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 25 (двадцять п’ятий) банківський день з дати поставки партії ТОВАРУ, відповідно до рахунку-фактури (інвойса) на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ.
