Description:
Розрахунки проводяться на протязі 30 календарних днів, згідно видаткових накладних, при умові надходження коштів з джерел фінансування на даний предмет закупівлі. Розрахунки здійснюються відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, до підпункту 2 пункту 19 «Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану», затвердженого Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09.06.2021 року № 590 (зі змінами та доповненнями), та за наявності бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки здійснюються протягом 30 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Сторони при цьому досягли згоди, що відповідальність, передбачена статтею 625 Цивільного кодексу України, не застосовується. При цьому затримка в фінансуванні не може слугувати підставою для недотримання терміну надання послуг.
