Description:
Оплата за аутсорсингові послуги з організації харчування учнів 1-11 класів пільгової категорії здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця згідно актів наданих послуг. Оплата має бути перерахована Виконавцю протягом 7-ми банківських днів з моменту підпису акту наданих послуг згідно статті 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку бюджетного фінансування та зобов’язується здійснити оплату вартості наданих Виконавцем послуг протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування коштів на рахунок Замовника
