Description:
Розрахунковим періодом є: 1 (один) календарний місяць. Оплата Послуг проводиться щомісячно до 20 (двадцятого) числа місяця, наступного за розрахунковим але не пізніще 5 (п’яти) банківських днів від дня отримання Замовником Акту та рахунку які надає Виконавець. Розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється за умови наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника та відсутності виконавчих документів на безспірне стягнення коштів з реєстраційних рахунків Замовника по факту виконаних Послуг на підставі Акту виконаних Послуг та рахунку, які надає Виконавець У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів після надходження з Державного бюджету України на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника коштів на цілі, визначені Договором.
