У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, Замовник в межах строків відведених для розрахунків за поставлений товар повідомляє про це Постачальника. У такому разі розрахунок здійснюється впродовж 10 банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку банком (ДКСУ) перерахованих (списаних з рахунку Замовника) коштів, які не зараховані на рахунок Постачальника з вини банку (ДКСУ).
