Description:
Оплата послуг Виконавцю за Договором здійснюється Замовником щомісячно, до 05 числа кожного місяця за минулий місяць, на підставі рахунку - фактури Виконавця, та актів виконаних робіт, шляхом перерахування визначеної Протоколом узгодження договірної ціни суми грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування штрафні санкції до Замовника при затримці оплати не застосовуються, розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються протягом 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування.
