Description:
Покупець здійснює розрахунок на 10-ий (десятий) банківський день з дати реєстрації Постачальником складеної відповідно до Податкового кодексу України податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування у Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування Постачальника, розрахунок здійснюється на 10-ий (десятий) банківський день з дати отримання Покупцем від Постачальника копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування . У разі, якщо Постачальник не є платником ПДВ, Покупець здійснює розрахунок на 10-ий (десятий) банківський день з дати підписання належним чином оформлених первинних документів.
