Description:

Розрахунки за надання послуг здійснюються в безготівковому порядку протягом 10 календарних днів з моменту підписання акту наданих послуг. Оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахунку Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця, що визначений у цьому Договорі. У разі затримки фінансування, зокрема з урахуванням підпункту 2 пункту 14 розділу VI "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Бюджетного кодексу України, розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання замовником коштів на свій рахунок.
