У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платежі.
