Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» процедура ДК 021:2015: 14410000-8: Кам’яна сіль (Cіль кам´яна), оголошення № UA-2022-09-01-008697-a підлягає відміні з причини неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. А саме: замовником виявлено необхідність внесення змін до вимог до предмета закупівлі, що є неможливим на даній стадії спрощеної закупівлі.
