СКАРГА щодо порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель
Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «ЕК ЕНОЛЛ» (далі – ТОВ «ЕК «ЕНОЛЛ», Скаржник), маючи намір взяти участь у Торгах, проаналізувало тендерну пропозицію та вважає, що вона містить дискримінаційні вимоги, які обмежують коло потенційних учасників та порушують права суб’єктів господарювання, що діють на ринку постачання електричної енергії, зокрема Скаржника.
