Термін оплати послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної електричної енергії зазначається в платіжних документах та не має перевищувати 5 робочих днів з дня отримання (формування) рахунків споживачем . Терміни оплати послуги не можуть суперечити вимогам ПКМУ від 04.12.2019 №1070 "Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами ) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти , в іншому випадку з дати закінчення карантину, встановленого Кабінетом Міністрів України з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хаороби Covid-19, сторони керуються умовами договору.
