СКАРГА на дискримінаційні умови тендерної документації
ПРОСИМО:
1. Прийняти скаргу ТОВ «Зайдекс УА» до розгляду;
2. Зобов’язати Замовника усунути дискримінаційні та такі, що не відповідають Закону вимоги, описані у тексті скарги, шляхом внесення відповідних змін до тендерної документації, а також привести умови тендерної документації у відповідність до Закону;
3. За наявності підстав зобов’язати Замовника відмінити дану процедуру закупівлі.
