СКАРГА на рішення Замовника про визначення переможцем закупівлі за Лотом 1 тендерної пропозиції приватного підприємства «Інфузія»
ПРОСИМО:
1. Прийняти скаргу ТОВ «Зайдекс УА» до розгляду;
2. Зобов’язати Замовника скасувати рішення про обрання переможцем Закупівлі тендерної пропозиції ПП «Інфузія» та скасувати рішення про оприлюднення повідомлення про намір укласти договір з ПП «Інфузія»;
3. За наявності підстав зобов’язати Замовника відмінити дану процедуру закупівлі.
