СКАРГА НА РІШЕННЯ ЗАМОВНИКА
Рішення Замовника, оформлене у протоколі засідання тендерного комітету № 111 від 26.07.2021 року, а саме щодо визнання пропозиції ПП «ВУГЛЕТРЕЙДІНГ» є таким, що суперечить нормам Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та положенням Тендерної документації Замовника, а отже підлягає скасуванню. Крім того, незаконне визнання переможцем ПП «ВУГЛЕТРЕЙДІНГ» порушує наші права, як учасника, тендерна пропозиція якого ще не розглядалась.
