Невиконання рішення органу оскарження та наявні діскримінаційні вимоги, що обмежують конкуренцію
На підставі наведеної у скарзі інформації та керуючись, ст. 5, 22 та ст. 18 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», просимо Антимонопольний комітет України, як орган оскарження зобовязати Замовника усунути діскримінаційні вимоги, що обмежують конкуренцію а також виправити порушення повязані із невиконанням Замовником рішення органу оскарження.
