We are forced to refuse to satisfy your complaint, given the following. The tender documentation stipulates that the subject of procurement must meet the requirements established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 02.10.2013 for № 753. Given this, the preparation of a tax invoice is part of the financial statements and is not an obstacle to participation in the procurement. У задоволенні Вашої скарги вимушені відмовити, враховуючи нижчевикладене. Тендерна документація передбачає, що предмет закупівлі має відповідати вимогам, встановленим постановою КМУ від 02.10.2013 року за № 753. Враховуючи дане, складення податкової накладної є частиною бухгалтерської звітності і не є перешкодою для участі у закупівлі.
