Really we have no intention to start big dispute on this tender as its commercial interest for us is minor. Однак хочемо зауважити, що предмет закупівлі , згідно Ідентифікатора UA-2021-01-23-000200-c, не підпадає під дію Постанови Кабінету Міністрів №224 від 20 березня 2020 року та п. 381 підрозділу 2 розділу XX "Перехідні положення” Податкового кодексу України щодо звільняються від оподаткування податком на додану вартість при ввезення на митну територію України.
