СКАРГА НА ДИСКРІМІНАЦІЙНІ УМОВИ ТЕНДЕРНОЇ ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЇ
ПРОСИМО:
1. Прийняти скаргу ТОВ «МЕДІТЕК ФАРМ» до розгляду.
2. Зобов’язати Замовника усунути дискримінаційні умови тендерної документації, як такі, що не відповідають принципам Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також привести умови тендерної документації до належного вигляду та у відповідність до положень Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
3. За наявності підстав зобов’язати Замовника відмінити відкриті торги за ідентифікатором UA-2020-11-28-000076-b.
