СКАРГА щодо вимог тендерної документації
Замовником у тендерній документації встановлено дискримінаційні вимоги до учасників, які обмежують конкуренцію, звужують коло учасників, порушують вимоги Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції Закону України від 19.09.2019р. №114-ІХ та дозволяють Замовнику визначити переможцем процедури закупівлі заздалегідь визначеного учасника на власний розсуд, без дотримання принципу об’єктивного та неупередженого визначення переможця закупівлі.
