Скарга на дискримінаційні вимоги тендерної документації

Прошу зобов’язати Замовника внести зміни в тендерну документацію, в частині підтвердження наявності документально підтвердженого досвіду виконання аналогічного договору, а саме, видалити вимогу до об’єму виконання аналогічного договору в обсязі 85%, що надається учасником в якості підтвердження досвіду.
