Description:

У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Договірні зобов’язання виникають в межах асигнувань, затверджених у встановленому порядку для Замовника.
