Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюється на підставі п.1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України . Оплата проводиться в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, вказаний у реквізитах у цьому Договорі. ПОКУПЕЦЬ повинен сплатити за поставлений Товар не пізніше 10 днів з дати підписання акту приймання -передачі Товару ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ на адресу ПОКУПЦЯ. Платіжні зобов’язання Покупця за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах бюджетних асигнувань, встановлених кошторисом за КПКВ 6561060/0, за КЕКВ 2220.
