Description:

Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються на підставі пред’явленої зведеної накладної на оплату (за фактом поставки товару) протягом 15 календарних днів з дня його надходження до відділу освіти. 4.2. Замовник не приймає претензій за несвоєчасну сплату якщо помилки у розрахункових документах допущені Постачальником. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником товару.
