Тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації, а саме: Інструкцією з підготовки тендерної пропозиції передбачалось, що документ з тендерною пропозицією подається в електронному вигляді шляхом заповнення електронних форм з окремими полями, в яких зазначається інформація про ціну, інші критерії оцінки та завантаження файлів з документами, що підтверджують відповідність технічній специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі: - технічною пропозицією за формою Додатку 5 до цієї тендерної документації; - іншими документами згідно з Додатком 4 “ ТЕХНІЧНА СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЯ” до цієї тендерної документації; В тендерній пропозиції учасника відсутня технічна пропозиція за формою Додатку 5 до цієї тендерної документації; Відповідно до абз. 2 п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону Замовник відхиляє тендерну пропозицію із зазначенням аргументації в електронній системі закупівель у разі, якщо тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації.
