СКАРГА щодо порушень, допущених замовником у процедурі закупівлі (у порядку ст.18 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”)
ПРОСИМО:
1. Прийняти зазначену скаргу до розгляду, що додається у прикріпленому файлі.
2. Зобов’язати Службу автомобільних доріг в Одеській області усунути зазначені у Скарзі порушення, допущені при проведенні процедури закупівлі та скасувати рішення про допущення до аукціону тендерних пропозицій ТОВ "Автомагістраль-Південь", ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "РОСТДОРСТРОЙ" та ONUR TAAHHUT TASIMACILIK İNSAAT TİCARET VE SANAYİ ANONİM SİRKET (Онур Тааххут Ташимаджилик Іншаат Тіджарет Ве Санаї Анонім Ширкеті).
