Замовник здійснює поетапні проміжні платежі в міру виконання робіт після підписання «Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (форма №КБ-3)», складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ та підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін. Поетапні проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більше 90 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною.
