Description:

До початку виконання робіт Замовник перераховує Виконавцю авансовий платіж на придбання матеріалів в розмірі до 30 % бюджетних призначень на виконання робіт у поточному році, на відкритий Виконавцем небюджетний рахунок в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку, відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 р. № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Виконавець зобов’язується протягом трьох місяців з дня проплати придбати відповідні матеріали та надати акти виконаних робіт. Невикористані після зазначеного терміну суми авансу повертаються Замовнику. У випадку порушення терміну відпрацювання авансу Виконавець оплачує Замовникові пеню в розмірі подвійної облікової ставки НБУ від суми авансу за кожний день затримки. Замовник оплачує рахунок на аванс протягом 5 робочих днів з дати рахунку.

Description:

Оплата за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 30-ти календарних днів в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань та фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів на підставі актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ № 3), підписаних Сторонами. Джерело фінансування закупівлі – кошти міського бюджету.
