Перший етап: Оплату у розмірі 100% від вартості проектних робіт Замовник здійснює на підставі виставленого Генпроектувальником рахунку-фактури протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акта здачі-приймання виконаних проектних робіт, надання Замовнику «позитивного висновку», за умови реєстрації Генпроектувальником податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу України. Другий етап: Оплату у розмірі 100% від вартості проведення державної експертизи проектної документації Замовник здійснює на підставі виставленого Генпроектувальником рахунку-фактури та копії належним чином оформленого договору між Генпроектувальником та (назва експертної організації), протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з дати надання Замовнику «позитивного висновку».
