Замовник здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику по факту поставки Товару протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару / Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. Документи або копії документів (які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї), які надаються Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції, викладені іншими ніж українською або російською мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову / The Customer shall pay for the Goods to the Supplier upon delivery of the Goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods / Language (languages) in which the tender offers must be prepared: during the procurement procedure all documents related to the tender offer drawn up directly by the bidder , are taught in Ukrainian. Documents or copies of documents (which are provided by the requirements of the tender documentation and appendices to it) provided by the Bidder as part of the tender offer, presented in languages other than Ukrainian or Russian, must be provided together with their authentic translation into Ukrainian
