Код ДК 021:2015 — 31430000-9 Електричні акумулятори» на підставі абз. 3 ч. 1 ст. 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель. Опис порушень, які неможливо усунути, зазначені у вищезазначеному висновку моніторингу Північно-східного офісу Держаудитслужби.
