ІІ) ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ НАУКОВО-ВИРОБНИЧЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "КОР-МЕТ"
Тендерна пропозиція учасника ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ НАУКОВО-ВИРОБНИЧЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "КОР-МЕТ" -не відповідає умовам тендерної документації, а саме:
1. Учасником надано пропозицію, яка не містить «ІНФОРМАЦІЯ ДО ТЕНДЕРНОЇ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ» за формою додатку 3 в зв’язку з чим учасник, зокрема не підтвердив дію пропозиції протягом 120 днів, «Ми погоджуємося дотримуватися умов цієї пропозиції протягом 120 календарних днів з дня розкриття тендерних пропозицій, встановленого Вами. Наша пропозиція буде обов’язковою для нас і може бути визначена переможною Вами у будь-який час до закінчення зазначеного терміну», що не відповідає умовам п. 4 додатку 2 та додатку 3 тендерної документації.
2. Учасником надано проект договору, у якому зазначена інформація про ціну тендерної пропозиції, що не відповідає підпункту 1.1. пункту 1 Інструкція з підготовки тендерної пропозиції (зміст і спосіб подання тендерної пропозиції)Розділу ІІ. Інструкція з підготовки тендерної пропозиції тендерної документації та абз.3.ч.1.ст.28 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі».
- пропозицію учасника ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ НАУКОВО-ВИРОБНИЧЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "КОР-МЕТ" відхилити на підставі абз. 3п. 1 ч. 1 ст. 31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» - не відповідає встановленим абзацом першим частини третьої статті 22 цього Закону вимогам до учасника відповідно до законодавства.
