Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються Замовником відповідно до взятих бюджетних зобов’язань в межах бюджетних асигнувань (ст.49 Бюджетного Кодексу України), виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень (ст.48 Бюджетного Кодексу України) на підставі форми № КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт», форми № КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати», Договірної ціни та рахунку на оплату робіт проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт.

Description:
Замовник має право надавати Підряднику попередню оплату для виконання робіт по об’єкту у розмірі, який не може перевищувати 30 відсотків вартості річного обсягу робіт, строком не більше трьох місяців, відповідно до постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. №1070, шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Підряднику на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на його ім’я в органах Державної казначейської служби у встановленому законодавством порядку, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником виключно на цілі, визначені умовами договору, з наданням підтвердних документів органам Державної казначейської служби для здійснення платежів. Попередня оплата буде здійснюватися двома платежами, строком до трьох місяців кожний. Надання другого платежу попередньої оплати можливе за умови підтвердження цільового використання коштів першого платежу на підставі актів приймання виконання робіт.
