СКАРГА на неправомірні рішення тендерного комітету під час проведення процедури відкритих торгів на закупівлю товару за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 09110000-3 Тверде паливо (вугілля марки АМ (13-25))
визнання переможцем учасника ТОВ "ТОП ЕНЕРГОТРЕЙД", тендерна пропозиція якого не відповідає умовам тендерної документації та відповідно абзацу першому частини третьої статті 22 Закону вимогам до учасника, іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації, ненадання у спосіб, зазначений в тендерній документації, забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю та яка підлягає відхиленню згідно ч.1. ст.31 Закону.
