Неправомірні рішення
1. Прийняти дану скаргу до розгляду та призупинити процедуру № UA-2020-05-20-003883-a.
2. Скасувати рішення про відхилення пропозиції ТОВ «Ниви Черкащини» та всіх подальших рішень у процедурі закупівлі за номером UA-2020-05-20-003883-a для усунення замовником порушень, зазначених у цій скарзі.
3. Скасувати рішення про допущення учасників ТОВ «Каштан-Плюс» та ТОВ «Хлібний дім-Україна» до аукціону закупівлі за номером UA-2020-05-20-003883-a та зобов’язати замовника відхилити пропозицію цих учасників.
