Скарга на дії Замовника
Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «ПІК-ЕНЕРГО», не погоджується з рішенням Замовника в частині визнання переможцем даної закупівлі ТОВ «КЛАСИКА КОМФОРТУ», та вважає, що Замовник грубо порушив норми Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та вимоги тендерної документації та додатків до неї.
