Скарга в АМКУ на неправомірне обранання переможцем ТОВ "АС ЕНЕРГО-АЛЬЯНС"
ТОВ "Епіцентр К" вивчивши протокол розгляду тендерного комітету №481-М від 07.07.2020 р. про визнання переможцем ТОВ "АС ЕНЕРГО-АЛЬЯНС" , не погоджується з висновком Замовника. Вважаємо що Замовник порушив принцип здійснення закупівель встановлений ч.1 ст. 3 Закону України “Про публічні закупівля”: об'єктивна та неупереджена оцінка пропозицій конкурсних торгів.
