Вважаємо рішення, оформлене протоколом №103/20 засідання тендерного комітету Комунального підприємства "ІНФОРМАТИКА" виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) від 22 травня 2020 року, безпідставним, таким що прийняте з порушенням вимог тендерної документації та Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та просимо його скасувати.
