Перший етап здійснюється у розмірі 75 (сімдесят п’ять) відсотків від ціни виконаних робіт та поставленого обладнання протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013) з відповідними накладними на обладнання та актами приймання-передачі обладнання (устаткування), на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури
