2. Зобов’язати Замовника – КОМУНАЛЬНЕ НЕКОМЕРЦІЙНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО ХАРКІВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСНОЇ РАДИ «ЦЕНТР ЕКСТРЕНОЇ МЕДИЧНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ ТА МЕДИЦИНИ КАТАСТРОФ» усунути дискримінаційні умови зазначені вище та привести тендерну документацію у відповідність із вимогами законодавства
