СКАРГА про порушення законодавства в сфері публічних закупівель

Станом на дату оголошення даної процедури закупівлі Замовником було опубліковано тендерну документацію, затверджену протокольним рішенням тендерного комітету №64-В від 31.03.2020 року, яка містить дискримінаційні умови, що унеможливлюють нашу участь та порушують принципи проведення закупівель, визначені ст.3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII (зі змінами)
