СКАРГА на рішення Замовника про порушення порядку проведення процедури публічної закупівлі - відкриті торги в частині незаконого рішення про визначення переможцем закупівлі ТОВ "ЕК" ЕНОЛЛ"
Відповідно до оголошення про проведення процедури закупівлі № у ЦБД UA-2020-02-03-002912-a УПРАВЛІННЯМ ГОЛОВНОГО КАХОВСЬКОГО МАГІСТРАЛЬНОГО КАНАЛУ (надалі – Замовник) розпочато процедуру аукціону відкритих торгів з публікацією англійською мовою за предметом закупівлі ДК 021:2015: код 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія». Згідно результатів аукціону Замовником було визначено переможцем ТОВ «ЕК «ЕНОЛЛ» (Переможець); ТОВ "Херсонська обласна ЕК" не подгоджується з рішення Замовника про визначення переможця за результатами аукціону.
