Description:

Сторонами підписується Акт прийняття-передавання товарної продукції за відповідний розрахунковий період (далі - Акт) з метою узгодження обсягів спожитої електричної енергії. Акт складається щомісяця у двох примірниках та надається Замовнику протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів, місяця наступного за розрахунковим. Строк виставлення остаточного рахунку Замовнику – протягом 8 (восьми) робочих днів, місяця наступного за розрахунковим. Оплата платіжного документа Учасника за цим Договором має бути здійснена Замовником протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати його отримання. Неотримання Замовником платіжного документа чи не підписання Акту не звільняє його від сплати своїх фінансових зобов’язань за цим Договором.
