Оскарження рішення тендерного комітету щодо переможця від 21.01.2020 р., у зв'язку з тим, що тендерна пропозиція переможця даної закупівлі не відповідає умовам тендерної документації замовника. Замовником не було здійснено належним чином оцінку тендерної пропозиції переможця ТОВ «Восток-Сервіс», що призвело до незаконного визнання переможцем останнього та порушення прав інших учасників.
