10.12.2019 року Замовником ( Державне спеціалізоване підприємство «Чорнобильська АЕС») було дискваліфіковано ФОП МАЗАРАТІЙ Н.І. та визначено переможцем ТОВ "НИВИ ЧЕРКАЩИНИ" цим самим Замовник порушив наші права як учасника торгів, на справедливий та неупереджений розгляд пропозицій учасників, адже пропозиція ФОП Мазаратій Н.І. дискваліфікована незаконно.
