Провівши аналіз порушень вказаних у висновку за результатами проведення моніторингу по закупівлі є встановлено, що на даному етапі проведення процедури є неможливо привести тендерну документацію у відповідність їз вимогами законодавства, що унеможливлює усунути самі порушення. Враховуючи вищезазначені обставини, керуючись п.2 ч.1 ст.31 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" у зв'язку із неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель - прийнято рішення відмінити процедуру закупівлі.
