Description:

Бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення згідно Бюджетного Кодексу України. Фінансування послуг здійснюється Замовником відповідно до плану фінансування по мірі надходження бюджетних коштів. Оплата за виконані робіт проводиться по факту виконання робіт згідно акта виконаних робіт по формі № КБ-2в. Замовник здійснює оплату шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати підписання акта виконаних робіт. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом: оплати Замовником виконаних робіт після підписання Сторонами акта здачі-прийомки виконаних робіт по формі №КБ-2в, на підставі довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт по формі №КБ-3 та рахунку на оплату робіт.
