З метою усунення виявлених порушень законодавства з питань публічних закупівель тендерним комітетом Замовника було прийнято рішення про відміну (скасування) торгів згідно оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів по предмету закупівлі: ДК 021:2015: код 34140000-0 «Великовантажні мототранспортні засоби» (Спеціалізований вантажний автомобіль з піскорозкидальним, поливомийним обладнанням та снігоочисним відвалом на шасі MAN (або еквівалент) з колісною формулою (4x4) на якому змонтоване спеціальне обладнання: поворотний відвал з гумовим ножем, ємність для води об’ємом не менше 2,0 куб.м., електрообладнання) Ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2019-10-04-000699-c на підставі ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (Далі – Закон), а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
