Перший етап здійснюється у розмірі 75 (сімдесят п’ять) відсотків від: - ціни виконаних робіт - протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3 про кінцевий результат робіт (згідно з додатками до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013); - ціни поставленого обладнання - протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання сторонами акту приймання-передачі обладнання (устаткування) з відповідними накладними на обладнання, на підставі виставленого Підрядником рахунку-фактури

Description:

Другий етап – оплата у розмірі 25 (двадцять п’ять) відсотків від ціни виконаних робіт та поставленого обладнання здійснюється на підставі виставленого рахунку-фактури протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту реєстрації Підрядником усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно Податкового кодексу України, але не раніше оплати першого етапу.
