Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції не надано жодного документу для підтвердження технічних, якісних і кількісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, передбаченим Додатком 4 ТД. Учасником не надано технічну пропозицію згідно Додатку 5 тендерної документації. В складі документів, що подаються на підтвердження відповідності кваліфікаційним критеріям, Учасником не надано аналогічний договір, який укладено у 2015-2019 рр. та підтвердження його виконання, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації. Відповідно до пункту 4 частини першої статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник відхиляє тендерну пропозицію в разі якщо тендерна пропозиція не відповідає умовам тендерної документації.
